I hate that it's so hard to accomodate Android users in an Apple world

I like Android because it's a more open platform and I can add internal memory for far, far less $$$ then an iPhone. Right now I'm walking around with 1Tb of memory on my Android phone. The equivalent with Apple would be $1,500.

the actual issue is that Apple acts like a tyrant and doesn't want to be inclusive, which is ironic given their icon has a rainbow in it.

The issue here is this kid being able to communicate with friends. Suck it up. It’s an easy solution.

they can't communicate as easily because Apple doesn't play nice with android.

Sure, the solution is easy, but it's pricey, and Apple sucks.

Actually, its not an Apple world. Apple has about 1/3 of the cell phone market and Android has about 2/3s. unfortunately, I agree. But, I think Apple will have to eventually change.

The EU is slowing forcing Apple to play nice with other systems. It will eventually make its way here.

I have an android and communicate just fine with apple users. I'm not paying hundreds of dollars for a phone. I'm not contracting with Verizon or any other company that uses Apple to get users, we use a cheaper plan. When my child is adult they can buy their own phone and plan. In the meantime, we use value phones and a budget cell phone service because they work and why pay more?

My dad has one of the latest Samsung phones and I used to be a dedicated Samsung user but the interface and proprietary stuff you can’t delete that’s part of the screen is annoying. I can’t even use his phone now because it seems complicated maybe pixel is better: the camera on his phone is amazing

Android is always going to be the budget option for people looking to save money. A lot of assumptions can be made from there.
