Texas judge grants woman’s request for abortion despite state ban

The news this morning reported she is leaking amniotic fluid. She is going to become septic if this isn’t resolved quickly. How this doesn’t qualify as an exception is beyond me.

Respect to her for being up for this fight, but her health truly is in danger and it is clear that her state doesn’t care about her, or any other women for that matter.

She is going to have to flee the state so she doesn’t die for the cause

All obs should also flee the state in protest

I saw an interview she did on TV the other day. She didn’t know the law would be this strict. Oh HONEY! And this is why you don’t even consider letting the government regulate your body. Nevertheless, I feel really bad for her and hope she can get the abortion.

She can come to New Mexico. There are several clinics near the Texas border that relocated there after Texas went full-Gilead.

I could be wrong but I think if she’s this far along with this many complications she will need a hospital and not a clinic.

Pp here. Too many voters aren’t connecting bans with GOP politicians. When GOP are in power, they restrict healthcare, plain and simple. Exceptions are hogwash.

I thought Texas had a law whereby you could be prosecuted for helping someone flee the state to get an abortion. So, either she drives herself, or sneaks off on an out of stater’s jet to go somewhere else. But i think she might then get prosecuted in TX for going out of state.
