Manufactured? Biden is trying to change Title IX so that men who either believe they are women or who are pretending to be women can play girls' and women's sports, use their bathrooms and locker rooms, be sentenced to women's prison, use women's shelters.

If you're worried about assault, let's talk about assault - there's little preventing a cis man from walking into a womens bathroom or locker room today, after all, so if that's a real worry then let's explore that instead of demonizing a tiny group of people who aren't hurting you.

There are laws and social contracts preventing men from entering women's reserved spaces. If Title IX is changed so that a women is defined as anyone who says they're a woman, those protection disappear. This is especially bad for womens' and girls' sports, women's prisons, abuse shelters, etc. The fact that you deny this means you're either a misogynist or so woke you've lost your mind.

I’m not hearing any Rs complain about the huge number of assaults that are actually happening by cisgender men. Only these fantasy assaults by transgender women.

If Rs cared so much about women then why do they want to protect rapists. Why aren’t they doing something about assaults?

If they cared about women’s sports then why aren’t they pushing for gender equity in sports?

First of all, I'm a Democrat. Now on to your questions. Males commit 99.5% of all sexual assaults against women regardless of their gender identity. So the answer to your question is irrelevant. All males should be banned from women's spaces. And you're not hearing Republicans complain about normal men assaulting women? You need to get out more. As for sports, Title IX covers amateur sports quite well (unless Biden or someone else changes it to include males as women). As for pro sports, it's a capitalist endeavor so female athletes are paid what they earn. Actually, I take that back. Many are paid more than they earn because they are subsidized by men's sports. Your bemoaning gender equity just men's they aren't taking enough from the men and giving it to the women for your liking. Nine of this is an excuse to allow males to play women's and girls' sports.

I saw the Rs protecting rapists on campus. I saw them elect/nominate abusers.

And there is much more to gender equality in sports than pro sports. How about equity for HS and college sports? Support to actually enforce Title IX?
