SJC actively recruiting what would have been GZ players in the past.

Are the D1 commits to top schools done for the 2025s and now we’ll just have smaller D1 and D3 commits trickle in?

Will they be the team to beat this Spring in the IAC / DC area?

Penn - Attack
Brown - FOGO
Navy - Attack
Ohio State - Def
Michigan - Attack
Bucknell - Def (2024)

Don't know if they will be the team to beat with Prep and SJC also looking to be top dog!

Bullis has no depth, their 2024 class is very weak and it showed last year.

Gonzaga will finally be back on top in the WCAC this Spring - they are loaded. SJC will have depth issues.

IAC will come down between GP and Landon with Bullis acting as the dark-horse.

Doesn't Bullis have a goalie in the 2024 class committed to Cuse?

Bullis 2025 class is loaded and likely the strongest in the area, current 2024 class is weak.

Bullis has never had back-to-back strong classes. The school is a little smaller and they seem to have strong classes of commits every other year. (or less)

There may be a few more commits after NHLHS but it does seem like many of the top programs already have their top 10 plus recruits so should be pretty quiet at that level until there is a little more action again next summer.

Yes, 2024 goalie to Cuse.

Would agree the 2025 is good but wouldn't say loaded they are are pretty good. The Bullis 2026 class will be small as well.

According to lax numbers, there are only 417 recruits in the 2025 class to date

That's about right then. Colleges are only going to take 10-15 tops in their freshman class so they're going to save recruiting slots for this spring and summer.

25 middie from BWHS was posted to VMI. Blackwolf claimed him on Insta, but I had seen him on VLC, who did not claim him on Insta. So maybe he left VLC25 to go to Blackwolf?

Any further commits from 2025?

It must annoy the STA crowd when they see a school like Landon have some of their marquee younger players commit to an Ivy League school.

Contrary to STA beliefs, there are lots if great athletes who also happen to be exceptional students in the classroom at other schools in the area.

who said they were exceptional students? They can play lacrosse.

Typical STA homer response.

Our son would have done just fine at STA but we opted to send him to a school that offers a better balance between academics and athletics and developing more of a well roundness.

But they will fail out of an Ivy or commit some serious crime so who cares?
