The roof company Travelers forced us to use as a sub through their main remediation contractor (we were forced into all of this bcause of the Xactowhatever software insurance uses that no contractor can meet line by line, so they basically never approve anything other than their preferred contractor) did a horrible job on our roof repair and we had to completely redo it after extensive leaking 2 years later when it was beyond warranty. They are such a sh*tshow. |
+1 if you are even thinking you have to call about something, at least phrase it as "hey, I'm just planning ahead, so hypothetically speaking, if I were to need xyz, what would my coverage be?" Do NOT call and say "x happened, will you cover it" |
