I had my Travellerw policy cancelled for making small claims. [b]I just didn’t realize you weren’t supposed to do that[/b]. I had a specialty insurance for I think 2 years that was about twice as expensive, then I was able to get a normal policy with Amica. I chose a high deductible (10k) since I now know not to make amall claims![/quote]

+1 if you are even thinking you have to call about something, at least phrase it as "hey, I'm just planning ahead, so hypothetically speaking, if I were to need xyz, what would my coverage be?"
