In short, Just before the murder Paw Paw was taking a video of Ro Ro's dog Cash for Ro Ro and in the background you can hear Mags and Elick wrangling with Bubba who had gotten a chicken in his mouth. Paw Paw sent the video to Ro Ro which has been used as proof that Elick lied about being down at the kennels and as evidence that he is the likely murderer. I believe the heroic chicken did not survive. I believe Bubba is living with Mags' sister. I am unsure of the sister's nickname.

Driving a motorized vehicle intoxicated is a crime, and someone died. He killed her.
This was preventable and therefore not an accident.

it's definitely possible - to function too if tolerance very high from addiction. would explain his reddish hue. kind of breaks blood vessels from what I've seen.

Did Alex not realize Paul was recording him before Alex killed him?

It just seems so weird that his defense would be that he wasn’t there….knowing that he was on video only moments before.

No Alex didn’t realize that he was audible in Paul’s Snapchat. Paul was recording his friend’s dog in the kennel, Alex and Maggie were coincidentally heard in the background.
