His wife could be really lucky (generally implants need to be replaced every 10 years). Just look up on RealSelf the photos of how they can disfigure breast if they shift, contract or harden. Replacing won’t even help in these cases but only fat graft and reconstruction. Can’t imagine the chemicals an old set keeps releasing in her body !

Plus, his wife might be dealing with headaches or sleep problems for 20 years and not realizing the implants are causing it.

The thing is problems are common. My surgeon told me they would need to be replaced in 10 years. My friend wore hers for 7, and then needed a replacement when one hardened

Was married for years to a woman with 36-DDs. Now dating a woman with 34-Bs. I much prefer the latter, as she can do many more active things, never complains about back pain, and 34-Bs won’t hang to her knees as she ages.

Large breasts are overrated.

I am European. Don’t want to specify but women in Denmark, Germany, Finland have way smaller boobs. US women are huge in that area. Many have implants (not as common in Europe). I went to the gyms here and in Europe so I can say for certain. Just feel like I am an outcast or something
