Would you suggest implants ?

If your body was exact like Kate Moss? I am thin, pretty face but always had hang ups about my top zone. They are not saggy just small like I am twenty years old. Cosmetic surgeon tries to talk me out of this.

Would not do it.

They will look like bolts ons on your slender frame. There will be a huge space between them and you will not get a natural looking result.

Are you doing it for yourself or for someone else?

I’d be ecstatic if I could go bra less.

Do it. You will be so much more self-confident.

Think about this…your plastic surgeon makes money if you have the surgery. This person is advising against it. This is the same person that does multiple implant surgeries a month and has seen all body types.

Are you the "he might be your soulmate" poster, by chance?

Responding to questions above: I consider it for my own confidence. Recently divorced never really dated and ex spouse was not a big size fan. All his women were thin and athletic including the new GF who is total AA based on her photos

The issue is I am foreign born and so many women in the US have fake boobs! I can distinguish them in the summer wearing crop tops. I do get many second dates but few third dates. Not sure if that’s because of the boobs or me not being ready to date. The men I meet say I am very beautiful bit there is no continuation.

Plastic surgeon just honestly thinks I look great without big boobs and that I will appear “too heavy” with silicone. Also it opens Pandora box with future surgeries: one might end up higher than the other, they can contract and disfigure breast, harden etc. My mom’s boobs grew after she turned 50, and that would likely happen to me as well.

Are you a man or a woman ? I just wonder how often men make dating choices based on boobs photos. I did put up my honest photos in tight sports attire on the profile . It’s obvious I am A or B from it. But still - women have huge boobs in the US.

I meant not on boobs photos but boobs in general. If one woman is good looking slender size B and the other about same but DD, would he invite the second one for third date ?

No. I think a thin woman with nice small breasts can be very sexy and would just lean into rocking that look. Why do it when you can just decide you are awesome without pain, surgery, and money.

It seems like your time would be better spent with a therapist. Than trying for plastic surgery
