Would you suggest implants ?

Now i have saggy 34Bs and you couldn’t drag me to a surgeon if they were giving away perfect boobs for free. It’s not worth the risk of missing cancer at an early stage, or the likely need for replacement at some point, or the possible complications (inflammation related syndromes, capsular contracture, etc.).

Also, do lots of squats. Guys like nice butts even more than they like boobs.

I was a 34B until I had kids and then it all disappeared. I researched implants to no end, found a wonderful Manhattan surgeon, felt comfortable with the small risks - and had tasteful implants to get me back to where I started from, maybe a bit more full. Zero regrets all these years later.

No, don't do it.

With all due respect, what a guy thinks is irrelevant. A woman should make this decision for herself, based on what she wants.

Op asked for the opinion of guys so take it up with her

Where? It’s not in the OP or title.

If she was making this decision for herself, she wouldn't have asked DCUM.

She definitely shouldn’t have, especially since there is always so much outdated misinformation about implants on these boards.

I think that if a cosmetic surgeon, who stands to make money by performing this operation, tries to talk you out of it, you should listen to the surgeon. And beware of others, who may be less scrupulous.

Agree. He must be thinking your body type isn’t suited or the profile will be too pronounced given your torso size, etc. He doesn’t think you’re going to be happy with the results and then you’ll post negatively about his practice, etc. Surgeons want happy customers!

Not all guys… All women have butts. Not all women have nice boobs!

"Small boobs are classy?" WTF?

They are. Giant boobs and excessive cleavage are trashy. Facts are facts.

Which is why men have lusted over Jayne Mansfield, Sophia Loren, Liz Taylor, Raquel Welch, Briggite Bardot, Sofia Vergara………

Can’t argue with that statement! Great comeback….

American women have super ugly butts on average.

Anonymous wrote:I have no opinion either way, but consider it will not be a one time surgery. You have to get 'tune ups' and sometimes things go wrong, like implant leak or your body having autoimmune problems because it starts attacking your immune system. Buyer beware!

Have you thought about wearing bras with the 'chicken cutlet' like inserts? It can change the way you look in clothing, without going under the knife.

I’ve had the same saline set 20 years. No tune ups. No issues.

OP here - I am early 40s. It’s the boobs that look like I am still 20

You keep saying that as if it's a bad thing.

Her surgeon can tell she's mentally unstable. Kudos to him for not taking advantage of her just to line his pockets

I am size 4, really thin 27 inch mid section, height 5’8. Doe you actually find Kate Moss Perelli photos hot as a man ?

You sure need a lot of validation OP. Get some therapy. You keep asking this

Honestly, this thread is useless without pics.

I think this is actually it. It’s unethical to operate on the mentally unhealthy.
