I posted earlier. My DH thinks he’s narrowed it down to the rice. There must be something in it, because he eats home-cooked rice without issue.

I don't eat at Cava anymore. It always, always makes me feel ill. Stupid that it took me so long to realize, and I have no idea why... I don't have that issue anywhere else. Even Chipotle is fine!

Lettuce is always an issue. Especially romaine lettuce. Stopped going to Sweetgreen because always gave me and my husband the runs.

I never had a problem with Cava. I’ve been eating there for years.
