May I ask you something in all seriousness? Why do you care so much about this?

Lawsuit filed in federal court. Told ya!

All I could find was the Virginia ACLU twitter response that they will amend their complaint. That doesn't provide any proof that a federal lawsuit has been filed.

Anyone have any references on this?

Me too. Very happy about this.

All the folks who want masks need to keep their kids at home. Seriously. Every other day I get a school notice about Covid in my kids class. This is WITH masking do yeah don't tell me masks are working. At this rate it really doesn't matter since all the kids have already had it! So if you feel that insecure and that's your mask less kid faces huge risk of school in class you need to reevaluate and consider not going to school at all. Because quite seriously the masks have done no good. My own son who is very responsible about masking everywhere caught it. Ironically his sister and parents who are admittedly lax did not test positive so consider this data point carefully.

This is the problem with Youngkin voters -- no civility or common decency. They scream, they yell and they spread hate. This was a response to a post expressing a substantive objection to the EO and it's just name calling and vitriol.

And by the way, the law might also be overreach since it goes against the VA constitution.

You must be joking. I have no doubt you've been happy to spread hate and vitriol for the last five years - and counting. Your self-awareness is sadly lacking.

Yep. Our entire family - triple vaxxed and always masked in school/office/public places - caught Covid over the holidays. Enough with the masks, already.

You want civility or decency when your campaign literally tried to frame Youngkin as a white supremacist supporter four months ago? Buzz off.

Exactly. What a joke. When things don't go their way, they blame the other side for the very "civility and decency" they never showed in the first place.

I’m not gonna pretend like I have been religiously masking, but basically everyone I know at work and my entire DC neighborhood had COVID over Christmas/New Years. Didn’t matter who was “covid conscious”. Masks in schools and grocery stores have made literally no difference for the last 2-3 months. At least city leadership and, soon, public health officials are finally admitting that.

At this point they're asking vaccinated and have caught covid kids to wear masks all day - it's too much.

Yep. This is us, and until I see ANY proof that someone can catch Omicron twice, or a new variant comes out, masks should be optional.

Where were they during previous flu season when medically vulnerable children are exposed to germs in school?

Let me guess, for all your public masking you didn’t wear a mistake while busting with family in homes.
