After online schooling is done for the day, can you see if a friend could invite her over for a playdate? or vice versa? I know if one of dd's friend's mom reached out to me with this type of situation I'd be happy to help...especially since it would be a win-win for me too.
Midwest. We don't have online schooling for inclement weather or Covid related closures. There's no education at all. On our 3rd day in a row last week without school, I did have her go down to a friend's house which helped a ton too (for both families). And that's ... fine. It's just ridiculous that's what it takes since DH can't be bothered.
