You are responding to a different poster than the one who brought this topic into this thread. I am the poster who brought it up initially. I don't have a problem with transgender people at all. Just like I can't get upset with Ariana Grande adopting different ethnicities. I just don't understand why everyone is getting so upset with it.

Meanwhile, the only times you've had people trying to cosplay a different ethnicity was when it gave them a sense of safety (see: "passing" by light skinned black people during the slavery & Jim Crow eras, Jewish people during the Holocaust, etc) or in ways that were fundamentally rooted in disrespect and stereotyping (see: black face on the stage/TV).
