IDK. She definitely has lip filler and probably preventative Botox and contours the crap out of her face.

I teach college students and makeup in young people is really really something. Plenty of my students look like her (generally) in both pics. Almost different people say to day.

Like another poster, I also thought she was Latina for years. She’s always tried to look non-white. Now she is very clearly trying to look Asian. It’s ridiculous.

This was her natural look as a teen. I believe her ancestry is not just Italian, but Sicilian, which means her ancestors probably come from all over the Mediterranean world. Americans are really inconsistent about whether North Africans and Levantines are "white" or "brown" (it seems to change according to whatever point they're trying to make from one moment to another,) but she probably has ancestors from both those places as well as Europe.
