the young people are calling her "Ariana Nguyen" now....
https://news.yahoo.com/ariana-grande-accused-asianfishing-photos-234454050.html Is this going to be the new trend? Is it okay for someone to get plastic surgery to racially copy another group? |

Wait. What?
That’s not really AG, right? |
That is her! |
|
Here's another photo she posted, where she appears to have almost no eye fold at all:
https://www.instagram.com/p/CSW-k9SF2gA/ It appears she's essentially had them removed |
| Could be achieved with eyeliner. |
Though seeing the second link, maybe not. |
It actually appears that she is pencilling in any apparent eyefolds WITH eyeliner- but when you see it from other angles, her natural eyefolds are totally gone. Makeup artists seem to be trying to create an illusion that that hasnt happened though, not that it's working that well |
| I think it’s just makeup. The new look seems to be aligned with some kind of makeup promotion. |
And I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn... |
| Makeup and filters. |
| Koreana Grande... |
| I guess kpop is the new biggest thing happening so she's hopping on that bandwagon now... |
| I agree that it’s just some makeup and filters. |
| She spent years capitalizing on the images of other races. When she first hit the radio (I didn't know her from Disney, too old) I thought she was latinx heritage. Then she gradually morphed into a black or mixed facade and I was like WTF. Now this. K pop is the new wave, J pop hasn't quite gained as much traction, but either way she's just latching into a new identity. I don't understand how anyone thinks this is ok. |
She’s an Italian-American from Florida lol |
