Why do you eat this secretly? This is a normal dessert.

If I don’t eat them secretly, my kids will want some.

I just discovered pork roll, I had always seen it in the bacon section of Safeway and finally my curiosity was piqued enough to give it a try.

OMG it's literally the perfect breakfast meat. Slice a bagel, fry and egg and a couple slices of pork roll and you've got a delicious, filling meal in 5 minutes, with none of the cleanup of bacon and it doesn't fall apart and out of the bagel like sausage.

I used to love chicken roll as a kid! On a poppy seed roll (I'm from LI) with mayo and tons of salt and pepper!

Whenever my husband goes away for work I eat ruffles with onion dip. Unfortunately...covid has prevented me from having this lovely treat. Oh! With wine!

+1 nothing better in the summer! And definitely not something to eat in secret!

I do way too many of these things - although the peanut butter + sugar is a new one (and one I will try ). I have to give a big +1 to pizza with ranch, whether it be takeout or Tostinos.

For my own contribution: a bag of my toddler's Teddy Grahams and a bowl of green pimento stuffed olives (not mixed, I mean, one doesn't want the crackers to get soggy). The salty sweet combo is very addictive, especially with a glass of Trader Joe's pinot grigio or savignon blanc. The glass is always a plastic one in this scenario.

Otherwise known as . . . breakfast?

Seriously, how else would you fry eggs?

I just ate a cup of instant Kraft Mac n cheese. Admittedly, I added cream and a slice of cheddar, but still…

Peanut butter or Nutella out of the jar.

Only because it's a lot of fat and calories, and I absolutely do not want to share, this is what I do when I'm 100% home alone:

Trader Joes Shells with Brie, the whole container.
Full bottle of pinot griot

Murder show / series binge that no one else will watch

Followed by a piece of butter cream cake. A big piece, with extra frosting.

Plain pasta with Parmesan and olive oil.
