What weighting do you give CTCL?

Where are the rankings from WSJ for those students who don’t want to go into IB, MBB, FAANG, startups, etc.? My kid wants to get his AML certs to work at the FBI or Treasury. Is there a list of top schools’ students being hired by gov’t agencies?

Hell, is there a list of colleges that send the most students into nonprofit or NGO work?

I’d like to thank the PP who made those lists and detailed where UChicago sits on all of them. It also exposed the boosters who push sooooooo many U of C undergrads go get a PhD that it slams all of their salary data. Pure lies. U of C’s career advance is just trash. And those banking numbers are distorted because so many NYC and boarding school students come to U of C with banking connections - i.e. it’s not U of C getting them those offers, it’s their family network.

Any state school or regional U kid can go get a job at the FBI.

Brown at 6 seems about right.

Kids getting shot over by the Whole Foods now, very close to Kenwood Academy, so no thanks, again, to the Maroons. Where's Lori?

Can someone do this but remove Forbes, because it's a garbage ranking.

I thought Forbes ranking was ok other than Berkeley being #1 lol

In real life, the smartest kids at Virginia, Berkeley, UCLA and Michigan are JEALOUS of their friends at elite private colleges.

not they're not, I'm not sure you have or know smart kids at those school, smart kids don't need to be jealous cause they have what a lot of kids at these top 20 don't, that is they are smart

With UC San Diego at 15, while Emory at 35, Caltech at 40, and Carnegie Mellon at 49?! No it's horrible.

UChicago’s most famous young alum is that Politico gal Alexis. Fired for racist tweets at her UChicago classmates because she was bombing pre-med courses.

Who in God's name cares what the Murdoch rag WSJ says about ANYTHING?

Weird WSJ methodology and the results don't pass the smell test. I can name a dozen schools that aren't on the list and would provide my kid a better education than USC.

Yea but other than that and Columbia, the ranking looks fine. Although I can't tell if what's going on with Georgetown is methodology fluke or it's a real thing.
