^^^I'd assume that as well.

No. That will not happen. Neelsville will continue to be in Watkins Mill HS.

Feeder MS to Northwest may be moved.

Half of Neelsville goes to Clarksburg. There is a good chance they will be switched to SVHS. The Watkins Mill half will stay there.

Neelsville goes to Watkins Mill and Clarksburg.

Definitely parts of Clarksburg, possibly part of Northwest. Clarksburg Villages don't need to worry, more people who feed into Rocky Hill or Neelsville.

My guess would be the Gibbs neighborhoods.

No, no one knows anything. All that anyone can currently do is speculate, until the boundary study process starts.

^^^from the CIP:

Planning Study: A boundary study is approved to explore the reassignment of Clarksburg and Northwest high school students to Seneca Valley High School. As part of the boundary study, middle school articulation patterns in the Seneca Valley Cluster will be reviewed in order to evaluate utilizations and articulation patterns, therefore Roberto Clemente and Martin Luther King, Jr. middle schools will participate in the boundary study. The boundary study will begin in fall 2018 with Board action scheduled in November 2019.

Seriously. Median sales price in Germantown is $300K, which is still well above the average for the US. Stop being an elitist jerk.
