Oprah used this lying woman and she’s too dumb to see it.

Oprah did not buy it. Her mannerisms and tone were telling that she was not buying it.

Human Resources? Really? That was when it had completely flown the coop.

My 15-year old son said "she went to see Toby?". I spit my drink out on that one. We had just finished the entire Office series.

The fact that you think there is no HR apparatus in the Firm is kind of risible.

Americans are really poorly-informed about the relationship between the family and the Firm. They are not contiguous. The Firm is a business.

I am a Fed and I wouldn't go to HR about my mental illness, even if it were job stress.

The 'Toby' thing was funny.

Well why would you go to HR when you have federal government insurance with an insurance card from BC/BS or Humana. Duh, and HR was where you went to get that insurance card. She probably went to HR, because HR is the place that provides benefits for medical purposes. You think she was actually given a medical insurance card upon her arrival

People who see this narrative are unhinged.

This is a dude who chose to protect his wife and kids the way the 10 year old in him wished someone would have protected his dead mother.

Actually you seem unhinged just by making that statement. Those of us who’ve been around personality disordered people can see her for what she is.

I grew up with a borderline personality disordered mother and alcoholic father. I think you are the one who sounds unhinged, and I actually do know what it's like to be around BPD people.

I disagree. He'll see first and foremost what his father did to protect his mother and their children.

Harry and Meghan were both pretty circumspect about the worst things. If they'd really wanted to dish on the BRF, so they could have said so much more.

Oh geez, this isn’t some act of valor. Meghan and Harry, but particularly Meghan, were tired of being second fiddle to Kate and William. They didn’t want to live the often monotonous and restrictive life of the real “working royals”. Meghan wants stardom and glamor and to be THE star. That wasn’t going to happen in the UK. They’re behaving like spoiled brats.

And Meghan’s grievances about title, aside from being unfounded and her assertions untrue (there was NO deviation of protocol), reveals what she really wants: status.

Oprah’s look of dubiousness said it all. Also wonder if Meghan was a high maintenance interviewee.

I agree with all of this. You hit the nail on the head.

I’d love to know how many of you reviling her are MAGA voters.

Not a MAGA and could literally not care less about her race. It’s interesting and infuriating that we can’t not like someone without being accused of it having something to do with her race. You know you don’t have to like people just because of their race right? I can not like her personality.

I’m as liberal as you can get and hate her because she is better off than 99.999% of people in this world and instead of ignoring the tabloids like the Middleton one does, she spends her fame on whining about her situation. Half a million are dead from Covid in this country, kids haven’t been in school for a year, there is a climate crisis going on, more people than ever are hungry and homeless in this country- and you go on Oprah and talk about how some tabloids made you cry? So you moved to Hollywood for privacy? JFC, what an out of touch fool she is. Who gives a shit about what some crusty old Brit told her about her baby? If you’re going to bring down that toxic family, at least bring up Prince Andrew. She doesn’t care about anyone but herself though.

+1 +1

Archie didn't have security before stepping away. As an infant, he is mostly with his parents. But as he aged this would be an issue.

Let’s be transparent, Archie was covered under his father’s umbrella. There was no immediate security concern.

And yet someone broke into the home looking for Archie when H&M were on travel. Fortunately, he was with the nanny. Two months later H&M departed for Canada. I wonder if that was the last straw that pushed them to leave.

Oprah just helped them launch the brand. Pretty sure she is all in.

Guys, the brit tabloids are reporting that MM's dad is giving an interview to Piers Morgan tomorrow.

It is also reporting that Piers lately has been ranting again that Meghan "dropped him like a sack of potatoes" once she started dating Harry.

Piers is really an odd one.

Not really true.

There’s no precedent for giving a prince title to Archie, or separate security. He’s a great-grandchild. The Queen would have to issue a separate letters patent, which Parliament would then have to approve.

People act like Williams’ and Harry’s kids are on equal footing. They are not and never will be.

Sounds like they chose to be on their own with good reason.

Because William is actually working for them
Because William is the first born son
Because William does what he is told
Because William married an appropriate wife (in his opinion)
Because the BRF is not your next door neighbor, they are anachronism

They had security in Canada! They had security until March 2020.

Funny how they didn’t mention that.

Seems like another plea for attention.

Now you're in the woman's uterus and reproduction choices. You have no idea if they did IVF or gender selection. You are a mean and awful person. You either a crone or an incel. I don't know which, but you're horrible.

An English clergyman said they couldn’t possibly have been married 3 days early. No second witness and not an approved location so it wouldn’t have been valid.
