Guess what, her story is considered evidence, even in a strictly legal sense/court setting. Get the cliff notes for the Federal Rules for Evidence and then check back in with us.

The "story" is a pretty large part of a rape case.

The absence of Mark Judge is pretty damning. But Judge did already submit a sworn statement denying the incident.

It is not a sworn affidavit. There is no risk of perjury to him. And no chance to cross examine.

We have been through this before. His written statement carries the same penalties as testimony under oath.

This is a huge loss for women. I cannot believe that we are having this circus to publically scrutinize Ford instead of having an Investigation. Surprised there wasn’t even a sham investigation. This will lead to Kavanaugh being confirmed and most women never voting for a GOP ever.

After her experience in the bedroom she had no choice but to attempt to leave the house by passing by her attacker(s) again. Presumably the experience was so harrowing that she felt the need to incorporate a second exit in the front of her house.

I know nothing about the layout of her house, but I doubt that it has two doors, literally side by side. Probably one main door and a second off of a different room, that would allow someone to circle out of the house in a different way.

Because that's revealing personal information about herself that is not relevant to this case, and will only be used by others to say that her therapy was for these other incidents.

Her parents nor other family members have been supporting her. That is very telling. I would say she's been nuking her own life for years. I don't think she's mentally well.

Her family are Republicans who belong to the same country club as the Kavanuagh parents. They are unwilling to rock the boat.

And actually there are many people who simply can't accept that their children were molested. The number of sexual assault victims who lose their family when they come forward is huge. Usually it is men who are attacked by their families, but women are often blamed when the attacker was a friend or family member.
