No it was confirmed by police. In fact when Santa was interviewed by the lead detective about it Santa the first time around "forgot" to mention that the date his own daughter and her friend was kidnapped was 12/26. When asked why later he said he hadn't remembered the date. No one would forget the date their daughter and friend were kidnapped. Especially if it is the day after Christmas. Santa loved the attention unless fingers started pointing at him. |

Ridiculous theory. Why murder her on Christmas? Family secrets stay secret. The only reason to kill the victim is because she is going to tell. Whe was JonBenet gong to tell on December 25, except her parents? If she was being abused, she was surrounded by people stuck in that sick family system. Her abuser isn't going to murder her for other reasons because it would deprive him of a sexual partner. Her doctor's appointments show no visible signs of sexual sadism, so the idea that she was murdered/tortured for the sexual satisfaction of a family member is silly. Also if the child were being sexually abused by a family member, the last thing that would happen is that her parents would take her repeatedly to the doctor for it. They would hide it. The injuries that caused her death were premeditated. There's no passion there. It's one blow to her head to knock her out and strangulation with a garrotte. Those aren't acts of passion or frustration. Santa hit her once to knock her out, molested her, and then killed her to stop her telling her parents. |

Lots of kids have bed wetting issues. She probably had frequent vaginitis because she had frequent ear infections and was on antibiotics often. There was no evidence she was ever sexually abused. She was a poor innocent child killed by a sexual sadist. |

Pageants - no Kid 2 whacked kid 1 (accidently) with a baseball bat, hard enough to to require stitches - yes Kid 2 is more socially awkward than Burke. Arrest me now. |

There is no way in h*ll that a dude who had recently had open heart surgery committed this very violent murder of a young child.

They can have physical restrictions for over a year after surgery. Just because he was well enough to travel does not mean that he was well enough to break into a house, stealthily go up/down 3 flights of stairs brutally murdering, assaulting, cleaning, dressing, carrying this 50 pound child....no way. |
