Ridiculous theory. Why murder her on Christmas?  Family secrets stay secret.   The only reason to kill the victim is because she is going to tell.  Whe was JonBenet gong to tell on December 25, except her parents?  If she was being abused, she was surrounded by people stuck in that sick family system.  Her abuser isn't going to murder her for other reasons because it would deprive him of a sexual partner.  Her doctor's appointments show no visible signs of sexual sadism, so the idea that she was murdered/tortured for the sexual satisfaction of a family member is silly. Also if the child were being sexually abused by a family member, the last thing that would happen is that her parents would take her repeatedly to the doctor for it.  They would hide it.

The injuries that caused her death were premeditated. There's no passion there. It's one blow to her head to knock her out and strangulation with a garrotte. Those aren't acts of passion or frustration. Santa hit her once to knock her out, molested her, and then killed her to stop her telling her parents. [/quote]
