This is a weak statement.

The rioting and looting were a result of the reaction to this awful death.
They are hurting innocent business owners, destroying property, and causing the taxpayers of the city undue costs.

The police station and police cars that were damaged and destroyed? They'll be repaired and replaced - at the taxpayers expense.

Rioting and looting is just stupid and short sighted. Many were simply taking advantage of a bad situation. The people there who were protesting should speak out against these criminals.

The only criminals we really need to focus on right now are the killer cops.

Black lives matter more than Target stores. It's pretty simple. And I live in South Minneapolis. I've gone to that Target many times. We have hundreds more and tons of Minute Clinics. This is Minneapolis, HQ of Target - we aren't suffering for retail options. Get a sense of perspective.

NP. I am an old white lady, mom to two upper middle class white kids in NoVa. I can tell you this. My kids are 100% engaged and enraged by the injustice of what happened to George Floyd. They have been consumed by it, following every news flash. It’s what they talk about with their friends, and want to discuss over every family meal. By the time this generation is in charge, hopefully sooner, things will change.

The looting is the indication of people of the same color as Floyd, African Americans, not giving a rat's tail about Floyd's death. One female target looter still carried homemade placate ''Black Lives Matter''. It says clear and loud - they don't care that a black guy was killed by the police....''Karens'' care more than them as we see here .... real facts contradict with your statements so much that you can GFY .... actually it has been happening for a while.
''White supremacy'' doesn't mean anything anymore, except been a click bait expression for an immature brains, just like the implication that this crime was racially charged. Arresting officers are AA, an Asian and white.

We will know more soon....I read that Floyd might have had drugs in his system at the time of his death. By looking at his toothless girlfriend and keeping in mind Floyd's laundry list long violence and drugs related criminal record there might be some truth to it. May be drugs contributed to his untimely death, may be not. Will see.
