Hoax: Hate crime attackers: "This is MAGA country."

Kamala Harris had some difficulty coming up with a comment when asked what response she has to her initial tweet regarding Smollett - that it was a "modern day lynching."
She appeared to look around for her staff (or the reporters on her beat that double as her staff).

“what tweet?”

This one. It's almost like she didn't remember tweeting it.

Ever heard of The Boy Who Cried Wolf? Smollett has done far more harm than good, and for that alone he should be ashamed.

If he did it to highlight the neccesity of the Kamela Harris anti-lynching law than maybe it was worth doing? That said, the investigation has not been concluded and many of the "leaks" have been dubious.

You can’t possibly be that stupid.

NP here. Don't call people stupid. That is part of the problem. Make your point without insulting people.

DP. Do you give the same advice to liberals who call Trump voters all manner of insults? No, didn’t think so.

Uhh
How about unintelligent? Better?

Faking a lynching to highlight the necessity of an anti-lynching law
Lol

Looking forward to the SNL clip

That’s what she said in the video .. “what tweet?” she did her best at deflecting, but she’s just as poor of an actor as Smollett

The staggering idiocy of that comment leaves me utterly speechless.

So the latest (unconfirmed but Chicago reports cite “multiple sources”) is that Smollett was upset the “hate mail” didn’t get the attention he thought it should, so he staged the “attack/modern day lynching.” If he sent that hate mail/directed someone to do so, methinks the Feds will be wanting to talk to him soon. Not sure they’ll be as patient as CPD is being.

I think CPD is busy getting all the evidence together to issue an arrest warrant.
Smollett is clearly not planning on coming in for a voluntary interview. Looks like it is going to have to be forced.
His PR team likely thinks this will make him a sympathetic victim.... you know, police arresting the black, gay man.............

what a waste of time & money!!!

Here is a list of items CPD took from brothers home in #JessieSmollett case: bleach, a red hat, a receipt (PD says was for the rope) and a magazine that according to our source “was similar” to the one used in the letter that was sent to #Smollett

No wonder the brothers spilled the beans.

This is the top story on the hour on Fox News. Not a peep about this on CNN or MSNBC. A few weeks ago they couldn't get enough of this story. Let's see if they cover this when Jussie is arrested tomorrow or the day after.

Evidently, stupid is not okay to use; deplorable and comparisons to Nazis are okay to use.
