Whistleblower accuses Biden of criminal conduct

Too bad we've seen this tactic before and happy Barr called them out on it.

There is no story. That is the issue. Everything Comer has said and done is not ahead of the story but instead of a story. There is still no evidence of anything. There is a suggestion that maybe some unnamed person says he heard from another unnamed person about some payments from an unnamed country for unnamed actions that the FBI has investigated and found nothing. No story.

Bill Barr already investigated this and found nothing.

Do you remember Seth Rich, Stop the Steal, Benghazi, Wiretapping, Vince Foster, Whitewater, Election fraud? These were all manufactured stories by the right to get people like you angry and riled up. Guess what, it worked then and it is working now. Maybe when this story fizzles like all of the others, you will come to your senses and choose better sources of "news"

Not according to Bill Barr.

Trump committed multiple crimes openly and idiotically admitted them by claiming he alone has the authority to do whatever bribery and obstruction of Justice and retention of classified documents and insurrection he wants to do. He got away with it for years because Senate Republicans let him off twice and Barr’s DOJ helped obstruct Justice for four years.

Biden has been smeared by idiots and clowns making empty allegations with still zero evidence of any wrongdoing.

So, sure, this is really bad for Biden. /s

The fact that they Dems and DOJ are going full barrels blazing against Trump and Co is because of all this. It’s really bad. REALLY BAD.

You have this backwards, this is the GOP House regurgitating BS to deflect from Trump's pending indictments.

Indicting a man for classified data possession when Biden had no ability as VP to declassify what he has. Interesting.

When did Biden try to declassify anything? What the heck are you talking about?

A president can declassify, but it has to go through a process, as Trump did with the Crossfile-Hurricane content on 1/19/21.

Correct. It’s a crime for Biden to have any classified documents in his possession. Worse that they were at the Penn-Biden Center which Michael Carpenter were in charge of, and the documents were about Ukraine.

VP has no power to declassify and the Ukraine docs were from that time period.
