Bill Barr had Scott Brady, the US Attorney in Pittsburgh, investigate this accusation as part of the Burisma/Biden investigation in 2020. There was no there there.

The FBI doesn't want to turn this over because they are investigating Rudy, who was the source for all of the Ukraine BS.

The tactics of the left are so predictable. First they try to get ahead of the story with a trusted member of the media (WaPo is the avenue this time) by someone inside the doj. Next they wait for the story to take hold and people like Jamie Raskin dutifully responds. Then outlets like The Hill push the narrative and try to suppress the facts. Too bad we've seen this tactic before and happy Barr called them out on it.
