Power move

Attempt to destabilize

Test case to see how nuts social media and mass media follows it

Test case if America will cannibalize itself with chaos and internal theories.

Deemed a success thus far.

12/7/24 forgot the Pick a Hot Smart Guy bit though….

Executing Luigi can’t come soon enough.

Love his threat when the cops picked him up: “You aren’t going to tell everyone that McDonalds worker called me in. A lot of people aren’t going to like that I got arrested.”

Lol, he fed off the social media posts accolading the sexy HC assassin and believed the fangirl online mob would “not like it” and go after anyone and everyone involved. (McDonald’s, the motel, Altoona police, etc.).

Better not do this.
Better not say that.
Better not arrest me.
Perps ain’t gonna like it.

lol. What an idiot.

And his lawyers spin on that was lame as F.

“Oh he’s so caring, he was ‘concerned’” (when he said his threat and prediction)

Unf for him he let it slip that he knew exactly why he was being arrested. He’s the famous cold blooded anti-capitalist killer everyone wants to bang!

In the news again today with death penalty sought. Has anything else come out about what may have led to this?

Are you really that dense? He spent months plotting to kill a stranger that didn't do anything to him. He went to great effort to try to get away with it, indicating he knew is was wrong. He's never demonstrated a hint of remorse.

Of course this is a death penalty case.

+1
Besides first they find the verdict, then they do the sentencing. Not vice versa.

We’ve all know it’s DP eligible at the federal level.

Right now we’re stuck for months of poke holes in evidence and Luigi team tries to get solid true evidence thrown out because some policie procedure and process wasn’t followed to a T. But judges can overrule that nonsense.

No one wants a society where you go self isolate, plan a murder if someone who represents something you don’t like, and the does said murder and runs off.

No one.

Then Thompsons family can go shoot down Luigi. Just wear a mask & hoody and only use hostels, greyhound, 3D printed guns, and cash.

Escape to some tiny town where police don’t know protocol or what they’re doing.

Repeat.

Definitely for dexterity. It was cold that morning. Which is likely why he went inside the Starbucks for a bit to remain warmed up.

I think he had a spotter at the other hotel. That’s who was speaking to on the phone. And that’s how he knew the target was on the move and able to get into position only 5 minutes in advance.

This is the best explanation I have heard. Why else would he be in the phone minutes before.

And taking the bus means no car tracking or license plates.

If he had a spotter, this isn’t really about a denied claim.

Media is reporting the bullet casings and live rounds found at the scene had “deny” “defend” “depose” written on them, so seems like the killer’s motive (or motive of whoever hired the killer) is indeed along those lines.

Or it's a red herring.

Did you see this?

It's also odd that shooter has visible backpack which was "dumped" and found. Why not hide gun under coat?

Because the backpack held a different coat, hat, sunglasses, etc.

Did they say they found the gun? If they didn’t it’s probably been destroyed or thrown into a body of water where it will never be found.

Nah.

Just go kill someone dead on camera and then hang out in little podunk towns and let the local police force brains botch the evidence and weapon find.

Works like a charm.

DCUM appears to be infested with LWNJs. Just look at all the Luigi supporters in this thread alone.

It’s insanity the level of fame the killer Luigi has achieved over this.

His name is a household name now and there is even a sold-out theatre 🎭 show on his life!!??

It is amazing what good looks can get you in life.

So true. Looks, normal smart privileged guy resume, and a well curated/ edited digital footprint. He knew what he was doing.

Curious if the Feds found his 2024 activity in the dark web yet.

So we wait for a year of motions then defense decides to go to trial or plea out? Or just go to trial and see what stupidity ensues?

Why is Luigi writing fangirls about his “1.5 years of terrible back pain…. Which was hard physically and mentally.”?

Is he and his PR agent defense team setting the table for an Extreme Emotional Disturbance defense attempt? But this “1.5 years” must have been in Hawaii following his surfing accident, which he then got back surgery for. Then was and feels much better?

Or is the 1.5 years from surgery until right now?

Wtf?

So his zero coping skills - and his never honestly talking to his trusted family or doctors — led to him going on vacation for 6+ months, then into hiding, then an assassination & flea the authorities? Ok….

Can’t wait for the doctors to take the stand. If this even goes to trial.

Pretty sure he passes his letter ideas and goofy salutations past his attorneys.
But yeah, it’s a way to attempt to control the narrative of perceptions of him.
At the same time it’s jarring like he has split personalities, cuz we all know he went on a homicidal bender, plotted and gunned down a man he only knew by name & job title.

Correct. Hopefully they’re working on some mental case defense if they can’t count on all the evidence being thrown out just because.
