Pretty sure he passes his letter ideas and goofy salutations past his attorneys. 
But yeah, it’s a way to attempt to control the narrative of perceptions of him. 
At the same time it’s jarring like he has split personalities, cuz we all know he went on a homicidal bender, plotted and gunned down a man he only knew by name & job title. [/quote]
