In the news again today with death penalty sought. Has anything else come out about what may have led to this?

The administration's desire to make the world safe for CEOs

So all you Luigi supporters would also support letting go the people who shoot abortion doctors right? They truly believe those doctors are killers as well.

Abortion doctors save lives, so your analogy doesn’t work.

But I think most people know even if they support what Luigi did, he should get a trial and whatever comes to him.

We also think that all the Republicans and the J Sixers should do their time including Trump.

Republicans never hold their people cannibal and Democrats always do.

It’s kind of like the OJ trial, maybe some Democrats hopefully Luigi gets away just to prove even Democrats can get away with murder

Shooting someone dead with a gun is really something else. (Not out of self defense or wartime or total mental collapse).

Even Trump hasn’t done that.

Well that’s how you see it. There are a good number of people who think they are murderers.

Preemptive blanket pardons would seem to fly in the face of that argument.

Hold on, let me publicly prove myself senile, not get removed from office, and then pardon my son for any future offenses tried. Lol. What a precedent.

1. Unhappiness with the structure of the health care system in the U.S.
2. The fact that he was paid a lot of money as a CEO of a giant company
3. General ghoulishness, boredom, and immorality

Honest question. It seems to be a combination of all three. I think it might be mostly boredom though. I don't see a lot of 60+ year old people (the ones who generally are dealing with severe medical issues) cheering on his execution. It seems to be mostly Gen-Z too-online types a la Taylor Lorenz.

Taylor Lorenz quote aged well!

He’s certainly not your vanilla white.

Yeah, he isn’t the profile of disgruntled, socially awkward or shunned white guy that flips out and shoots someone. His looks and his backpack/clothing are pretty stylish and fit more of Euro aesthetic

Italian almost?

Ok, he can change clothes and backpacks.

Ok, lighting/temps can explain different colorings.

But yeah that brow and bridge are not the same person. If I'm right, I hope the guy on the left sues the NYPD.

If it turns out the guy on the left isn't the right person, he will at least have a bunch of women after him. How many of us now think this guy is now even more of a badas5 with that winning smile, taking down the bad guy - John Wick style. If he is as cute without his hood on, he will have women lining up. I mean - he has reached hero-status once his photo was posted.

Oh boy oh boy…. Just you wait.

Ding, Ding, Ding!!
DCUM can’t handle it may have been suicide by hired gunman, huh?

I saw two LE analysts, one FBI and one USMS, on TV this morning and they were both pretty adamant the shooter is not a professional.

Correct

Or Someone that knew his schedule. Not a random dad looking for revenge.

It wasn't hard to figure out that Thompson would have to leave his hotel at a certain time to walk to the meeting site before it started. All he had to do is wait

Agree. And conferences hosts always get there for the 7-8am breakfast to eat and do meet & greets.

Who told him he was staying at a different hotel, Einstein??

Just call and say you need to check and maybe alter a Mr Thompsons hotel reservation, does it say X y and X please for the following dates or so.
Yes yes

But he shot him in the back. It is quite difficult to recognize someone definitively from behind. That is not a mistake an assassin would would wish to make. Makes me think there was someone inside telling the killer that the target was coming out of the hotel then.

Well the guy was stalked online, as was his hotel reservation and the hotel site multiple times by the Masked Up Man.

Luigi may have even called as a fake investor and asked to do an informational at 7am before the 8am start. Alumni one, industry one, big mutual fund one.

Not that difficult.

I’m not sure what you all do for a living if anything at all, but I highly encourage you to do a little background reading. Or watch Netflix (industry; billions; succession).

It’s been several days. This guy could be sitting on a beach in Thailand for all we know.

Omg. Seriously, was Luigi posting here during his four days on the run?
