Mark Judge is a problematic witness. His exgirlfriend claims he told her about taking turns having sex with a girl too drunk to consent. https://www.thecut.com/2018/09/mark-judge-kavanaugh-prep-school-new-yorker.html

Maybe they are calling him to testify because they don't want to open the door to any other witnesses? That is my thought. The other victims say they have many more witnesses.

It is disturbing that the committee knew what other victims were out there - they had been notified by those victim's representatives, and they were still pushing the confirmation through so quickly. I think the committee has a lot of explaining to do.

The coffin is closing.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/09/23/fox-news-poll-record-number-voters-oppose-kavanaugh-nomination.html

“Since August, support for Kavanagh’s confirmation dropped 12 points among independents, 11 points among suburban women, and 10 points among voters under age 45. Support is also down, by smaller margins, among men (-5 points), women (-4), Democrats (-5), and Republicans (-4).

Overall, the 50 percent opposing Kavanaugh is the highest opposition to a Supreme Court nominee in Fox surveys going back to 2005. Forty-six opposed Kavanaugh in August. Before his nomination, the previous high was when 39 percent opposed Neil Gorsuch in March 2017.”

Unlike the Yale alumnae, the 65 people actually KNOW the man they are talking about.

Keep up, moron. Front page of the NYT, one of the 65 has her name plastered across the GP yearbook with the insinuation that she slept with many boys, including our friend Brett. SHE DID NOT KNOW THIS WHEN SHE SIGNED THE LETTER, and know feels completely betrayed.

ok so it's 64 to 0 instead of 65 to 0. Moron.

Actually they”re just down to 7 women of the original 65 who still support Brett. 7.

Where did the rest go?

They are no longer commenting.

I'm really disgusted by Georgetown Prep. Yes, this was 30 years ago, but the way they referred to women and minorities (students making pro-KKK references!) is truly abominable.

Liberal media can't get hold of them or they decline to answer their questions. They would just be marked as withdrawing their support.

Yes. Before the Deborah Ramirez and gang rape allegations surfaced.

My opinion is that Mark Judge has some regret about what happened in high school and that's why they won't call him. It sounds like for the most part he had a stable three year relationship with his ex-girlfriend. She says he ashamedly told her of the stories. Everything about his life screams guilt and regret to me. My guess is that Kavanaugh knows he'd crumble in court. At first I had assumed Judge was running the show between the two of them from Christine Ford's account, but I suspect Kavanaugh has a ton of compromising information on all these guys. That's why we haven't heard anything from the teacher in Georgia. That's why Judge has fled and is holed up at the beach. The man lies pathologically.

And just to get a judge in to protect Trump. Sad.

The protectorate has weighed in this evening:

“The Democrats are working hard to destroy a wonderful man, and a man who has the potential to be one of our greatest Supreme Court Justices ever, with an array of False Acquisitions the likes of which have never been seen before!”
