I know this is hard for most DCUMers given that JM is black but if your son were the one in his place and was the last person to be seem with her based on the video what would you advise your son to do?

Let me tell you what I would do: I'd get him the best attorney before he talked to the police because he is in legal jeopardy whether he was involved in her disappearance or not.

And guess what? Most of you would do the very same thing and would be outraged at the way your son is being slandered by some people based on nothing but speculation.

This all seems very... vague. I wish the Charlottesville PD would share more information, but I don't have a lot of faith/trust in them that they know what they're doing.

Since they didn't have enough evidence before to charge him with her disappearance, and now they do, they've clearly learned something, we just don;t know what. It could be the analysis of the items they seized during the searches turned up something or it could be that once they put the information out there witnesses realized they had some useful information. or both.
