And with tax $ we should build new homes for these people and instead of spending $$$$ millions on illegal immigrants. Also these people must have job training and education opportunities.

You are right, except for the "spending money on the poor"...there are a LOT of federal dollars being poured into Baltimore already, including HUD dollars.

Happy to update, especially the part about a senior center in the blighted area having to be rebuilt after it was destroyed in what is euphemistically called the “2015 civil unrest.” In other words, a senior center being built with government money was destroyed in rioting and looting and now more government money has to be spent to rebuild it. Hardly a shining endorsement for Baltimore.

Why would anyone keep throwing money at this issue. It's the people not the programs. Until the people actually give a f%^k about their lives all this money is being wasted. There are programs that will tain you and pay you while you are being trained to get a job and be an actual productive member of society and people aren't taking advantage. This is on the people. It's not just urban mostly black folks its poor rural whites too. People need to get off their damn asses.
