Republicans would be fine with the bulldozing but then would say no way to spending money on the poor. Because the national debt is too high. Because we had to give billionaires tax relief. Why would anyone keep throwing money at this issue.  It's the people not the programs.  Until the people actually give a f%^k about their lives all this money is being wasted.  There are programs that will tain you and pay you while you are being trained to get a job and be an actual productive member of society and people aren't taking advantage.  This is on the people.  It's not just urban mostly black folks its poor rural whites too.  People need to get off their damn asses.[/quote]
