Happy to update, especially the part about a senior center in the blighted area having to be rebuilt after it was destroyed in what is euphemistically called the “2015 civil unrest.”   In other words, a senior center being built with government money was destroyed in rioting and looting and now more government money has to be spent to rebuild it.   Hardly a shining endorsement for Baltimore. [/quote]
