You forgot that she’s the incredibly hard working widow of an incredibly hard working man

and the man defrauded the American people to accrue wealth.

Agree, inappropriate to meet the family.

The dress would have been fine if not for the oversized implants.

Honestly she looks crazy with all that work. And yet has really terrible old lady skin for 61. My 60something friends look much younger and more natural.

I think her extreme thinness has a lot to do with it. With so little body fat there's nothing to plump out the skin so it sags and looks crepey. If she covered her arms, you wouldn't notice. She also seems to be a beach lover, and all that sun exposure is very rough on aging skin.

Leslie, in contrast, is more athletic and also thicker, and it looks much better at that age. Not having WASP skin is probably also a help.

Great idea.

Not sure though if she would be his first choice for that agenda…

I bet she’s very open and eager to meet someone new because she obviously wants to be part of a couple. She’s pretty bland by herself. Her identity now is that of a widow but I’m sure she’s ready to move on. And probably the conversations with the guys are focused on grieving etc because they have nothing else to talk about. None of them have much in common except the obvious love for family.

Her pre-TV life (being an administrator and grandma) did not stir up the types of feelings that dating/kissing/future discussions do. That is normal.

I don't know. I think she's just boring.

Haha, agree. The men are 100 times more interesting than she is.

Seriously. Joan makes me want Faith to visit and talk her dead horse. Brutal.

Many, many WASPs age amazingly well. This woman is extremely thin and malnourished and that influences things whatever ethnicity she was

Pop culture favored a woman who was thin and blonde, over interesting and accomplished. No surprise there.

Just started watching this and it’s great she works out etc . But when she wears the dresses that show her back it’s gross. It’s like skeletor. I don’t see muscle anywhere on her body. It’s just skin and bones and plastic surgery . I just turned 50 and dating and gosh is this what you have to do ??um hope not

I feel like she's a big stuck-up superficial Republican and Jordan is just this awesome, fun, normal and liberal midwestern guy. It wouldn't even have worked out for a couple more dates. Also, he can do so much better and a lot younger. To me she looks a good 15 years older than he does.

Match Jordan w Leslie F!

Ew no, she was a mess, and he is a nice normal guy. I'm sure after being on this show, his prospects are 🔥

Does anyone actually know Joan? I would like to know what she looked like before her tv glow-up.

When she was smooching Chock on the park bench, the camera was so close on her right side of her face that you could see the face lift incision scars right in front of her ear and right behind her ear. I guess if you have that type of surgery, the plan is to always have a lock of hair right in front of and right behind the ear but man they were visible.

Ha! I wish they had chosen Leslie. She would have had hot mess moments but she would have been more interesting, way more fun, and offered some non-plastic sex appeal. Also, I like Nancy okay but they also had to bring one of the most boring of the GB group on too? Why not Susan or even Kathy? This supports my theory that they were afraid to bring on the other more charismatic women as guests because they'd underscore just how dull Joan is. Watching Joan is like watching white paint dry.

Seems like a lot of celebrities hide behind their hair that way. Thinking of Goldie Hawn, Meg Ryan, etc. I can't stand having my hair in my face.
