Who takes care of your children when you go to work or on date night with your significant other?

The undocumented immigrant nanny.

My husband and I never went 3,000 miles from my children. I would have brought them with me.

Probably because you couldn't afford a nanny.

Didn't she have a nanny two weeks ago and could have attended the coronation? A four year old doesn't know May 6 from May 7 for a birthday party. She was terrified of being booed is why she didn't tag along with Harry.

Y’all are free to hate Meghan Markle for her style, her acting, any number of reasons. It just bothers me that she’s been made this super villain and people ignore facts or make up lies to support their hatred. When I found out her sister was pushing the fake pregnancy/surrogacy rumors, I realized it was all about the money. She’s making a living off of people hating her Meghan. How disgusting— whether they were close or not, that’s a line I couldn’t ever imagine crossing. So whatever your reasons for hate, know what company you keep.

Many of the younger people on this forum may not know the story of Lady Diana and how she was hounded by the paparazzi, and ultimately died in a crash crash being chased by them. Harry's mother. How old was he when she died? Does anyone remember?

Apparently, they love being chased by the paparazzi. Otherwise, they would not announce their plans.

Wow. Public opinion of them in the US has really changed. At the time of Oprah ppl were just lapping up everything they said.

Not true. They are hated here by online troll and monarchists there. The account here is being twisted, no mention of chase before cab ride, twisted words ( no one ever said high speed chase), etc. They didn't do anything wrong. They were chased, they didn't want people at their door step, they didn't exaggerate anything. But all the trolls are. The interesting thing isn't the incident, it's the aftermath, just like the book. It's you, not them. You'll eventually get tired of it. Now go watch Kate play the palace piano for 30 seconds in a gown. Then go get a hobby.

Huh? The whole thing started because of their *own* statement about a “near catastrophic car chase”:

”Last night, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Ms. Ragland were involved in a near catastrophic car chase at the hands of a ring of highly aggressive paparazzi,” the couple’s spokesperson said.

“This relentless pursuit, lasting over two hours, resulted in multiple near collisions involving other drivers on the road, pedestrians and two NYPD officers.”

And it was accurate. Note all the hyperbole trolls put in that wasn't actually ever in the press release. No high speed chase. Yes, it was 2 hours, yes there were 2 NYPD officers. No one there were actual collisions. You are accusing them of lying about things that were never said.

They did say it was "near catastrophic". You want hyperbole? This is it.

It was near catastrophic for the pedestrians that were pushed off the sidewalk due to the motorcyclists driving in the wrong direction. Ask me how I know that a pedestrian can be killed by a reckless motorcyclist.

I somehow doubt that either of the Sussexes gives a rat's derriere about pedestrians.

Also two facts about Diana’s death are not in dispute. Her driver was excessively speeding (even if you don’t believe he was drunk) and she wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. Two major factors in her death.

Praying that someone would recognize them.

How could that be true though? If they couldn’t drive home undetected, how did they manage to get out of the car to walk undetected? In heels and a sparkling gold dress?

Where does it say they walked home?

Are there actual reports from these pedestrians?

Or did H&M issue their statement on behalf of these pedestrians, out of overwhelming concern?

Come on.

Trying your patience? How odd.

You are fully capable of ignoring threads about them, not thinking about them, and saving yourself the emotion of being angry about them.

You don’t do that because you enjoy shit posting about them. At least, admit that.

I promise you that well-adjusted people don’t go looking for people who “try their patience.”

Why are you guys so desperate to defend them? I'm genuinely curious - I don't see any other thread about any other celebrity get people who defend them so zealously. This is an anonymous chat board. I find it fun to take a few minutes of my life to snark on these objectively annoying yet entertaining rich people who have no bearing on my life.
I think it is a reaction to the posters that do the opposite. The animosity some posters on this board and, apparently, others have is mind boggling.

^ This. I despise internet bullying and that’s what many of these posters are. It’s their inner mean girls coming out and it makes you wonder if they are this mean to others in their daily lives. Internet bullying can be very harmful to the recipient.

Sorry but I think falsely accusing a family of racism was disgusting and I don't understand how anyone supports them.

Remember the Chanel commercial when Nicole Kidman was outside a star-studded event and fled from the large black vehicle she was in, hopped into a modest yellow taxicab, spun to the cabbie amid a flurry of paparazzi flashbulbs, and breathlessly ordered, "Drive."

Maybe someone was inspired by seeing Nicole wear that Chanel dress from the commercial at the Met Gala two weeks ago?

But Harry and Doria certainly don't fill in for the commercial's handsome, young man sharing the backseat. And I don't remember the scene when Nicole's taxi was stuck behind a NYC garbage truck.

I'm laughing to myself how H&,M are demanding the photogs to handover any photos taken of them.. Good luck with that.

I love how Backgrid pushed back hard and was like "um, no. English rules of royalty to handiver personal items don't translate in America anymore....not since pre 1776. Ask the founding fathers"

This is so embarrassing for them. Allegedly they were staying at a friends place in UES because they demanded a steep discount at the Carlyle hotel and were refused.

Don't pick fights with the police and the media. They are dragging everybody into their mess. Now people will probably snoop around to find out who they were staying with, which they wanted to avoid in the first place.
