Fairfax County Double Murder

It was on his belt. Who needs a clock? It’s left, right, or center around his waist. Also, Brendan answered 11:00. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?

I realize this is trivial in the scheme of this testimony

this was clear to me. 12 pm would be the zipper. 6 pm would be your bum.

For a right handed shooter the firearm is at about 3 o’clock.

this is a common knowledge topic people that carry a firearm. carroll doesn’t strike me as a having this kind of knowledge either. if anything it indicates that bb was very involved with his prep.

the trivial error is that he wore his belt badge at 11 o’clock on his left.

the purpose of the belt badge is to be very near the firearm so that if people see the firearm they also see the badge.

Okay lol your explanation makes more sense but I don’t know that Carroll set that up well for an average person. The context you just put down would have helped immensely.

He’s cracking now. Way too many little details that no one would remember if they were trying to save someone’s life with only seconds. He played cop and murderer simultaneously.

He said he did not touch Joe. He aimed his gun but did not attempt to shoot him because he was too close to Christine. Once Joe moved, Brendan shot him.

Carroll asks him if he immediately helped Christine.

“At that moment I did not help Christine.”

Why?

“I had to reach my right foot forward to drag the knife towards me.”

“Christine told Brendan she was bleeding out.”

Insane. The length of his testimony and details do not align with his actions. He barely focuses on Christine. He leaves her dying. He then focuses on Julianna, every movement, everything she said, stumbling her words on every 911 call.

“We are trained to …” Trained to do what you IRS loser.”

Omg he says he took Christine’s hand and she put her hand over his and guided it to her neck. That’s how his finger was cut❓‼️ “I tried to close my hand around the puncture.”

Again talks about Julianna.

He claims he removed the towel. There wasn’t much blood anymore. Her pulse was slowing down. No tears.

He claims Christine said she loved him. He did not say he loved her back, unless I missed it from the brain rage.

Again, Julianna…whatever.

He is not believable, he’s dissociated, testified as if he’s a witness because he killed her!

No mercy for either of them!

True colors coming out. He's an absolute prick

This is the moment we all have been waiting for you all! All our burning questions being asked to BB as he struggles to keep his composure and his lie going.

I love the CW attorney's dismissive, disapproving "okay" response when he gives another BS answer.

Is the lady in yellow shirt Tess?

Tripping over his lies about the stabbing. This is GLORIOUS!

Who’s the third lady sitting as BB’s family?

Oooh the door code is good.

His door code and gun safe code are the same. Even though Juliana had her own door code she knew his code (didn't have to ask it to get the safe).

And her asking him how Christine could talk to him with seven knife wounds to the throat.

I feel like she could have went harder on him.

Yeah tough balancing act but think timeline could have been hit harder - i.e., her planning something for 7:30am when everyone's in the house, when she would have had entire weekend to herself etc. would have liked direct question to him "doesn't that sound implausible?"
