The interpretation was understood, just a simple combination to a arching narrative of eminent Spirit failure based upon the "strength" of FCV/Loudoun. It is obvious that FCV isn't feeling the pinch of more competition in the area. :/ |
Are you being sarcastic? If you are, high five. If youre not then you are a puppett. (DANCE MONKEY) Saying FCV is strong because they already had ECNL teams formed is a no brainer. But it won't stay that way. Spirit will win out IF their customer service and training ends up better than FCV (which it will be because they are clowns). |
Geez, yeah -- the FCV site seems designed to obscure the fact that they have teams in NCSL.
Plenty of horrible sites out there, though. I just get the feeling that the others are bad out of neglect or clubs just not knowing what they're doing. The FCV site looks like it's designed to brag without giving any useful info about the club. |
Brag about what? Beating Stafford 04g in State Cup and then tagging their twitter page? |
the ":/" is the international symbol for sarcasm. |
Daryl Gee retired from Loudoun |
Mclean has a 3-20 Ecnl record (I don't know the true number) Point being, none of them are jumping ship. They will all get scouted down the road...regardless of their team record. Smart parents get this. So yeah, turn down DA and play NPL if ya want. |
I guess the question is, is it really what the kids want or are they getting a hard sell and lofty promises? |
Hey Loudoun, how's that merger working out for ya? |
Hard to tell how it works out until the U Little tryouts. |
I still don't quite understand what is in it for Loudoun. |
Should I be picturing a grumpy grandpa here living vicariously through his granddaughter's soccer career? |
Loudoun gets to draw from a larger pool of boys for their DA. FCV gets to draw from a larger pool of girls for their DA. Thats about it near as I can tell. |
Also, Loudoun has a better website. |
Hahahah! |
