Where do we get all the solar panels from? Not the US

China would LOVE a solar-dependent America

Not if we subsidize the solar industry like they do and like we subsidize oil and gas. Honestly, we need to scale solar and subsidize it as a public welfare project.

here is where the "inflation" went...

Exxon-Mobil and Chevron raked in massive first quarter profits— Chevron took in $6.3 billion, quadrupling its profit from this time last year, while Exxon took in $5.5 billion, more than double last year’s profit.

If that's your take, then you are really dumb to basic economics.

The problem with subsidizing the solar industry is equity. Peoples roofs on the poor side of town cannot maintain the weight of solar panels. Thus no one gets solar subsidies in my county in Florida. There is a lot of discussion in my local Florida government about solar but subsidizing anything won't be done due to equity.

You don't understand that the big oil companies jacked up the prices for gas at the expense of their customers pocketbooks, racked in HUGE profits all while the GOP claims "inflation"?

There's no winning until our poor billionaires are free from the burden of taxation!

More and more.clouds are starting to emerge that record level of inflation won't be able to come down until there's a recession. It's getting spicy. 2023-2024 looking dicey.
