Obama, Clinton, and Reagan are the top 3 in no specific order. The Bushs would fall in the middle of three tiers. Trump and Biden are clearly the bottom two on this list.

Yes, we elected a declining elderly person to replace a declining elderly person. Two piss poor leaders. I'd take Biden over Trump again if given the choice simply because Biden hasn't shown a lack of integrity to the degree that Trump has but good lord people, let's do better in 2028.
