Biden has not created jobs.
Those are jobs in which people have returned after the pandemic.
And, the American people know that.

It took almost 6 years for the Obama Administration (with "help" from the GOP Senate) to recover the US economy from the W disaster. The Democrats have managed to turn Trumpism around in a miraculous year. Trump lost the jobs, Biden got them back. It doesn't always happen that way, and certainly THIS was not predicted. Recall in 2020 the experts were saying it would take until 2025 to recover, assuming COVID was in the rear view mirror.

So poo-poo it all you want, this has been wonderful for the US of A.

So why is Biden getting such abysmal marks on the economy? It doesn’t make sense.

There was no W disaster. Stop making up facts.

Not such a disaster compared to Trump.

I don’t see how that chart is dishonest. And here’s another chart, showing Biden is almost back to the February 2020 peak. And Trump’s 48 months don’t look that impressive - it’s a straight trend line dating back to Obama’s recovery.

np. It's dishonest because these are all jobs previously lost due to the pervasive stay at home orders by states and localities, completely not the fault of Trump at all. At least prior to covid, trump had organic job creation.

Not anything that was out of the norm as the line graph shows. And as much as he talked about coal and manufacturing those job numbers went down.

Who cares? It was still organic growth. Total amount of jobs were increasing. Meanwhile we're still at 2019 employment levels in 2022. A high rate of jobs "added" after a catastrophic amount of job losses isn't really any jobs "added" at all. Do you really not see the difference??

Are you saying you don’t care about coal and manufacturing jobs?

20 million jobs LOST ON TRUMP'S WATCH.

And now Biden has us back to historic low unemployment rates not seen since the 1960s.

Did Trump care about manufacturing jobs? Nope. His stupid trade war caused millions of American jobs to be offshored, including iconic American brands like Harley Davidson.

As for coal, there are far more jobs being created in solar and wind than in coal, that was true even under Trump in spite of Trump doing everything he could to prop up coal. Coal is going the way of the dinosaurs.

Where do we get all the solar panels from? Not the US

We are past the point of recovering from COVID on the jobs front. This last report confirms we are now into NEW jobs.

There are solar panel manufacturers in the US, but to your point, we should be giving them the same subsidies that oil and gas companies get so the pricing is competitive.

I live in Florida. There has been discussions about subsidies for homeowners in my city. The City Government dismissed subsidies for homeowners because the roofs of the lower income homes cannot support solar panels. Equity.

GDP just released this morning showing the US economy shrank 1.4% in Q1. This is a hard landing and not looking good on this administration.

That’s a really simplistic and dishonest take.

Spending up
Business investment up.

The contraction is due to the global supple chain and exports. Which is all Covid outside of our borders.
