I don’t know if it’s true or not, but if it were I wouldn’t expect police to fess up so easily. The cops who were filmed killing a man in broad daylight aren’t cooperating with investigators. MANY dirty cops in that town. I wouldn’t trust any of them to tell the truth. |
It was a ticking time bomb. Years and years of police violence and lawlessness. Systemic racism. I’m furious for them and can easily see going to and things getting out of hand. |
Cop was on a power trip and decided he could kill a black man on the street in broad daylight in front of a crowd of people. |
In the world I live in, cops murdered a man in handcuffs and got to walk away free. Zero consequences. If the murderers don’t get arrested because they’re cops, the police force is no more than a government funded terrorist organization. |
Has any actual evidence been reported confirming the cause of death, i.e., strangulation, asphyxia, cervical dislocation, asthma, myocardial infarction, narcotics? As opposed to post hoc ergo propter hoc conclusions? The cop in question was a major-league foul ball who should have been off the force years ago. The rioting, burning, looting and the rest are absolutely unacceptable. |
|
I feel like this has been going on for years and nothing is done about it.
Police shoot black person after black person after black person and get away with it every time. Police is lawless and do whatever they want without consequences. This has been happening for years and NOTHING is changing. So quoting Kennedy "Those who make peaceful resolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable." |

Murder!
Those cops should all be behind bars. |
+1 This happened *after* they tried to make big changes in their police force following earlier murders - new chief, new training, etc. The dirty cops feel they are above the law. So much so that they enthusiastically kill a man in front of a crowd while being filmed. Imagine all of the crap they do without witnesses or cameras. |
Agree with all here. |
Where has it been decided that none of the cops will be prosecuted? You dont immediately charge people because the mob wants you to. You look at the facts and determine whether you should. That's how this society works. |
Let me come sit with my knee on your neck for 10 minutes and see if you're alive to debate whether my knee was the cause of any problems that result. |
Right. Like the measured and detailed investigation Floyd got before he was arrested and then executed on the street? |
|
I didnt say that was right either, but you don't suspend due process rights because someone may have done it to someone else. What you're advocating for is mob rule. |
You keep posting this drivel about due process. All an arrest requires is reasonable suspicion of a crime. THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH SUSPICION. |
