Agree, inappropriate to meet the family. |
I don’t see any chemistry with Guy. Chock is a creep. Feel Joan is barely ready for dating let alone a serious relationship or marriage. She should just have a fling with Pascal, travel together and have fun. |
She's going to choose Chock, but she *should* have picked Jordan and just had a fun relationship. I don't know why these people think they need lifelong companionship. She should enjoy herself for a while. |
I bet Pascal leaves in the next episode. He is not into her at all. |
He sets off my gaydar. |
None of these men would move and neither will Joan. This season was doomed for that reason from the start. Maybe that’s what’s wrong with that concept. |
I understand that an engagement is more dramatic and better for ratings but wouldn't we all respect someone who picked someone "to have a normal relationship with and see if we are meant to be"?
I respect Jordan for saying that he wouldn't be ready to propose, of course not!! Chock is closing a sale, Guy is kind of a lost soul and Pascal is the party boy who wants attention. |
I’m really so curious about this. Did it not occur to the producers to cast from the DMV? |
Yes. Moving forward they need to perhaps make the candidates regional to each other. Or only cast people who are open to moving. The whole concept is kinda silly and completely unrealistic. But perhaps the potential candidates say they would consider moving just to have the opportunity to be on the show. |
Nah, he's a player and Joan is not his type. |
I'm not sure he's a player although I think one of his kids said he had been on lots of dates. But Joan is definitely not his type. He would go for younger with good natural hair. |
I feel like she's a big stuck-up superficial Republican and Jordan is just this awesome, fun, normal and liberal midwestern guy. It wouldn't even have worked out for a couple more dates. Also, he can do so much better and a lot younger. To me she looks a good 15 years older than he does. |
She’s already said in interviews that she made it clear to producers that she was not getting engaged, and that she is happy with the way things turned out. |
Wow...lots of vicious comments about appearance and age. Like people over 40 or older are pieces of garbage and should be hidden away. Says alot about character.
And no...alot of "younger" women don't want someone older especially with children and grandchildren. There are actually alot of people who do prefer someone around their age. Joan (and some others) don't seem ready for a relationship. There's too much grieving over husbands and wives and I understand that it's hard for them. If a person is already established in their area and are very close with family, most likely they will never move for anyone. I wish Joan and everyone the best. Everyone, no matter how old, young or what society says is "pretty or handsome" deserves love. |
