I’m utterly amazed that anybody would vote for that obviously incapacitated human. How can a reasonable voter place ideology above competence?

Let's hear you ask that about Herschel Walker. Go ahead. And then we'll take your concern seriously.

DP. Fetterman is the reason I voted for HW. I wasnt going to, but all the arguments supporting Fetterman applied to HW and were convincing to me.

He is forced birther hypocrite. What a great leader to represent you and your children. Maybe they can learn to admire that and be hypocrites too.

Clearly he strongly supports abortion. He does it all the time!

Im not worried. He has said he wont push for futher restrictions, and I find that credible given his frequent flier status at the abortion clinic.

I’m a PA pp who posted before and I can’t find my last comment. The more this goes on, the more upset I am that these are the two candidates that came out of the primaries. IIRC, the Dem candidates in the primary did not say anything negative about each other so nothing came out about Fetterman’s activities in Braddock. Do I think he is going to be a superstar in the Senate if he wins? No. Do I think he will introduce any groundbreaking legislation? No. Does it suck for PA? Yes. But do I want Mitch McConnell to be able to block Joe Biden from being able to appoint a SC Justice if an opening arises in the last 2 years of his term or block other appointments? No. Other legislation will be blocked bc the Republicans will have the house (and, tbh, I’m voting for the R who is running in my district) so I am not a straight ticket Dem.

I hope Fetterman recovers but if he doesn’t, I hope he resigns. He can’t point to Dianne Feinstein as an example bc she has years of service in the Senate and likely feels she should be able to go out on her own terms.

So bottom line, I’m voting for Fetterman to try to get a Dem Senate, not for any love of the candidate.

Good. We are all now well aware of the critical importance of SCOTUS nominations. They are it. We have these old timers in there shoving us all back half a century of progress.

This is the logic that I find pursuasive, but applied to H Walker. I felt kind of insulted that he was the candidate and wanted to punish the GOP for it, but in the end, that only benefits the Democrats.

It's why many people held their noses and voted for Trump. It's why Walker may win in GA.

Welcome to how the GOP always votes.

It's the reason voters often vote the way they do.

Pp again. I know it’s the reason many people vote that way but I’m annoyed at who will be representing us (either way). Although considering how awful politics has become, I can see why decent people opt out of running.

Hi goodnight everyone, that was when the entire state should have asked him to withdraw and put in a mentally capable democrat. They just need someone not mentally ill God damnit.

The media protected him for as long as they could, hoping he would get better.

I think he honestly just accidentally substituted “good night” for “good evening”. An accident for sure, but not career-ending.

You obviously haven't heard Fetterman speak live. He is so good in person that it makes you wonder what really happened at the debate.

The fact that he won’t release his medical records should have disqualified him immediately. Only in America would the press be this complicity in protecting a incapacitated mushroom.

You wouldn't believe it anyway. You don't believe the post above yours.
