Sorry, I forgot we are dealing with sensitive snowflakes. Somehow we lived through horrific videos of decapitated bodies flung out onto roads, limbs scattered about, all while juniors in high school. He killed a “MAGA” figure. He isn’t “MAGA” and his parents’ political affiliation doesn’t matter. Nor does them owning guns matter. Many people own guns and most adults are capable of buying a hunting rifle at any time they wish. This is 100% to do with whatever online gaming communities he was involved in that egged him on. The problem is that the shooter probably had NO political motive. The media and the public are desperate to pin this on a political motive. That makes it easier for our brains to compartmentalize and explain the act. No one wants to think about the possibility that the shooter simply did it for fun or as a way to "troll" the country because they get enjoyment out of simply pouring gas on a fire.
Surprisingly enough, most mass shooters in US history do not have political motivations. They are simply disturbed men with broken psyche. This kid spent wayyyyyyy too much time on the internet and playing video games. He spent way too much time on tiktok and 4chan. Just utter brainrot from the internet. But no one wants to admit this, because it implies our culture has gone down the tubes. It also implies it there is threat out there we can't so easily conteol be because it is politically agnostic. It could be anyone in the future that isn't so easily groupable because it wasn't politically motivated. That's a far scarier thought, because how many young Americans are out there now with brain rot due to too many video games or too many tiktok videos? |

Please cite real, verifiable sources for this. There certainly is plenty of evidence the far alt-right were after him. Where are the death threats from the "left"? Exactly WHO do you mean by "the left". Where did "they" call for his death, versus vehemently disagreeing with him. This is a huge accusation you are making.
