| Stone is trying to poison the jury pool. No responsible judge would let him continue unchecked |
|
Stone has invoked the Fifth Amendment in response to the House request for documents. The thing is, the 5th Amendment protects Stone from self incrimination, not Trump from Stone incriminating him. So Stone's attorney's letter implies that Stone incriminating POTUS also incriminates himself. So they there is collusion between Trump and Stone.

Roger Stone is doing paid publication appearances alongside a pimp at strip clubs for money.
|
| Does this foreshadow the fate of his good buddy Trump after 2020? I wouldn't be surprised. |
Trump will probably want to attend. |

Getting more interesting
https://www.politico.com/story/2019/05/31/roger-stone-russia-hack-dnc-1349432 Prosecutors rebut Roger Stone claim that Russia wasn’t behind the DNC hacks — and reveal they had probable cause to search him for a whole bunch of crimes he wasn’t charged with (conspiracy, wire fraud and more). |

Interesting tweet from a left-leaning journalist.
https://twitter.com/aaronjmate/status/1140435091719675904 I won't be surprised if DOJ drops the Roger Stone prosecution. It's a joke anyway (he had no Wikileaks ties), & in discovery, his attorneys have uncovered interesting stuff: Crowdstrike gave the FBI redacted reports on the alleged Russia hack -- which Crowdstrike itself redacted. |
| Roger, is that you? |
| Meanwhile back on planet earth, the Stone interrogators are fascinating! Like the DNC not providing the full Crowdstrike report stating the Russians were behind the server hack in 2016. |
|
Federal prosecutors say Roger Stone has violated his gag order, citing his recent social media posts and file motion to Judge Jackson requesting an immediate hearing.

Prosecutors rebut Roger Stone, say the government independently verified that Russian operatives hacked the DNC in 2016 and didn't just rely on @CrowdStrike analysis https://www.politico.com/amp/story/2019/06/20/roger-stone-russian-hackers-1374057?__twitter_impression=true |

Federal judge bars Roger Stone from posting on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, expanding gag order pending trial of Trump confidant

This post isn't aging well. |
Could a lawyer help me out here? Wasn’t that stuff technically included in the first gag order? Why is he allowed to violate with impunity? |
Not a lawyer, but I think before he was forbidden from discussing the case on social media, now he is banned from doing anything on social media. |
