you know nothing--your question betrays your lack of understanding of the profession. Or perhaps, you know, justice will be truly served only when the most guilty among us is defended as vigorously as the innocent.

I love that you said that. People don't say it enough. Everyone deserves a good defense if we are to consider ourselves an honorable society.

If he has a new lawyer, they have yet to enter an appearance in the case. As of September 25 he was still being represented by PDS.

NP here. I totally disagree with the sanctimonious "justice will only be truly served" line. If you are truly guilty (especially of something as heinous as torturing and murdering a family), I hope your lawyer sucks donkey balls. (And, yes, I understand the profession quite well, thanks.)

Why not? Shouldn't it be public record?

The mansion where three members of the Savopoulos family and their housekeeper were brutally killed is on the market.
The listing describes a manor home on 3/10 of an acre in upper northwest Washington. Sale of the house will be "as-is."

That article is 12 years old. Are you saying he has a high priced lawyer? How is he paying for this?

I feel bad for them. While it is a lovely home and a prime piece of real estate I think it will be a while before anyone will want to live next door to that house.

I would be nice if someone purchased it, and turned the land into a park.

They should buy the home, tear it down and extend their property. It would probably be the best financial move.
