What photos? There is just a floor plan up on the listing.

$3.25 and you would need to tear down.

Did you see the crime log report??? There is zero on the murders of May 14 th But the realtor has to disclose this information if requested

I feel bad for some out of towners looking at the house a year or two from now (because its not going to sell) and the realtor saying "there were some deaths here years ago but look at this molding!!"

I read the accompanying narrative but didn't watch the clip of the CNN special.
Perhaps the money left behind was in a safe that Wint didn't know about.
I totally agree with the profiler who said this is about more than money: Wint held a grudge for years and then finally snapped, IMO. I don't think it's a hit, that would have been done in a more clinical, detached way, again IMO.
I"m not buying the" tip" about Wint having a new lawyer, that would have been in the news.

Maybe a foreign government will buy the property and rebuild?

No Way..the house does not have to be rebuilt..Just the fire damaged rooms need to be reconstructed (Walls roof frame flooring windows etc) There are people all the time..that move into homes that had a murder on the property.

The more modern zoning laws would dictate that a rebuilt house would need to be smaller on that lot.

I also think if this was a hit they would not have killed the house keeper or the child.

Someone will buy it and live there. Look at Brad Bishop's home in Bethesda. It was sold not long after the murders and has been inhabited ever since.

WOW I never knew about this murder..I guess because I was a teenage at the time..Did you know that they never found Bishop dead or alive! Here is the story of the house back in 1977 after it was sold

I noticed that, too!

I would have no problem living in the house although I'd worry about my ability to re-sell.
It's a great deal for someone who intends to stay put for years.

I don't think I could drive past that home, let alone live in it.
