Sounds like the cousin was involved too...

cousin and brother were inside the box truck at the time of arrest..there had to be more then one.

My husband loves pizza but he would not eat more than one whole pie in one night. On the other hand, wasn't there some left over? Maybe a one-person's-appetite amount was eaten....hmmm. I think there is a clue in the pizza quantity--how much was ordered, how much left over...

and when Savvas called and left a voice mail for the housekeeper..someone had to be holding the phone..so he would not slip up. And you can heard Philip screaming so someone was with him in the next bedroom

Law enforcement officials now tell CNN that Wint's DNA was found on other parts of the crime scene as well

How accused DC quadruple murderer pushed his girlfriend's legs back over her head, punched her and then smashed a bowl into his own forehead and told police that SHE was trying to attack HIM, court papers allege

He repeatedly terrorized his girlfriend over one Christmas to such an extent that she took out a protective order against him
•Court papers filed at the Prince George County Courthouse in Maryland have been obtained by Daily Mail Online
•They show that Wint, 34, abused April Bridges on four occasions in 2008 and she said that on the first he ‘threw me into a wall’

Hmmm…..Wonder if the cousin is from Guyana -- so the lawyer could potentially have 2 clients if this cousin becomes a POI or later suspect and arrested.
There is connection between these 2 with common workplace, anger with AIW, and relatives. It would be very interesting to see if LE has visited their home country to learn more about his behaviour prior to coming to the states.

I watched the CNN special report... Very disappointing, really nothing new. Just a mention that maybe the cousin is involved because of his prior threat to burn down AIW 10 years ago....

I wonder what would trigger them to act if he or they were fired ten years ago. It all seems so strange.

+1 such a waste of an half hour, but maybe it cleared some things up for the persons not up to date on the case.

The question is: why are we learning about the cousin's ties to the company now? Am sure the cops have known about this for weeks, so I'm more intrigued about the timing of this info. Anyone care to speculate?

AIW has worked on a lot of big construction projects since 2005. Welders and other construction workers can be laid off, rehired, laid off, rehired, and so on from project to project. Maybe they have been trying to get back on at AIW for years and were told that it was never going to happen because they were blacklisted.

so basically it looks like it may be that a couple of disgruntled former employees filled with rage and hatred are the killers. they must have felt they were "owed" something by AIW. i know some of the posters here have great research skills: has anyone been. able to figure out whether. the cousin has a record? (other than the restraining order?) and whether his dna may be on file?

or if there is unidentified dna at the scene could familial dna technology determine if the person is related to wint?

i know its a long way ahead, but i cant wait for some convictions.

I found the lack of new relevant case info disappointing as well.

The timing of that info on cousin is an interesting one and yet maybe there is so much info that it is just coming out now.

"Harboring grudges" would fit that scenario and mental time waster of the suspect. Good thing that most people just move on and learn to make better choices about their own behavior.

They probably took it as personal to them and not part of the bigger picture of just life as a welder.
